Mistral AI (La Plateforme)

Mistral's commercial terms cover Mistral AI Studio, Vibe, and other products. Section 4.2 says Mistral AI will not use Customer Data or Outputs to train models except for an opt-in, a failure to opt out of a product set to opt-in by default, Feedback, an Order Form, or Labs or Preview Models. The SOC help article says Mistral complies with SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001/27701. HIPAA is not stated on the commercial terms or that article. The DPA says Mistral AI processes personal data as a processor and incorporates the 4 June 2021 SCCs. The enterprise schedule, effective 23 July 2026, publishes SLO figures for AI Studio and Vibe. It does not use the name La Plateforme.
