Privacy Policy
Effective 19 October 2026.
UncoverAI ("UncoverAI," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates the website uncoverai.com (the "Site"). This policy describes the personal information the Site actually handles. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not ask you for an email address.
What we collect
Depending on how you reach the Site, the following may be processed:
- Google Analytics 4, and only on a production deployment when a measurement ID is configured. Preview, development, and any deployment without that ID do not load the tag. The tag can receive pages you view and general device and browser data that Google Analytics collects.
- Hosting logs from Vercel, which may include your IP address, user agent, the URL requested, and the time of the request. Those logs are how the Site is served and protected.
- The published catalog, when we choose to store it in Supabase. That store holds model, platform, and briefing records. It is not a database of visitor accounts, and it does not receive an email address from you.
We do not run an advertising tag. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How we use it
We use this information to operate the Site, keep it secure, understand aggregate traffic, and improve the index. We do not use it to build a profile for ads.
Cookies and consent
When the production analytics tag loads, Google Analytics may set cookies. Before it runs, Consent Mode is set so analytics storage is granted, and ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization are denied. Ads data redaction is on. Google signals are off, and ad personalization signals are off. If the tag is not loaded, that analytics cookie is not set by us.
Third parties
The Site is supported by:
- Google, for Google Analytics 4 in production only, under the consent settings above;
- Vercel, for hosting and the request logs described above;
- Supabase, only if we connect it, and then only as storage for the published catalog.
Each of those providers processes data under its own terms. A link from the Site to a vendor page is a visit to that vendor, and that vendor’s policy applies once you leave.
Sale of personal information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not offer a financial incentive for personal information, because we do not collect account or contact details in the first place.
Retention
We keep logs and analytics data for as long as we decide we need them to operate, secure, and understand the Site. We may delete or de-identify them sooner. We do not promise a fixed number of days.
Security
We use the access controls and transport security our hosts provide. No method of transmission or storage is guaranteed. We do not promise that the Site is secure against every intrusion.
International transfers
Google and Vercel, and Supabase if we use it, may process information in the United States and in other countries where they operate. Those countries may not provide the same protection as the country where you live.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email hello@uncoverai.com and we will delete it.
Your rights
If the CCPA/CPRA applies to you, you may request that we disclose, delete, or correct personal information we hold about you, and you may appeal a denial. If the GDPR applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction, or object to processing, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Send the request to hello@uncoverai.com. We will do what those laws require, and we will not create extra rights or extra categories of information in order to answer.
Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new version on the Site and changing the effective date. The new version applies from that date.
