Terms of Use

Effective 19 October 2026.

UncoverAI ("UncoverAI," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates the website uncoverai.com (the "Site"). These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between you and UncoverAI. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Informational use only

The Site is an editorial index. It is for general information. It is not legal, financial, procurement, security, or other professional advice, and it does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or agency relationship. You are responsible for every decision you make after reading it, including any decision to buy, deploy, or reject a model or platform.

No warranties

The Site is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” UncoverAI disclaims every warranty, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

Figures can be wrong

Prices, context windows, licenses, deployment options, retention terms, and dates can be incomplete, stale, or wrong. A blank or “Not published” cell means we did not publish a figure, not that the fact does not exist. You must verify every figure with the vendor before you rely on it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, UncoverAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or the cost of substitute services, whether or not we were advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Site or these terms is limited to one hundred US dollars (US $100). If a tribunal will not enforce that cap, liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows, which may be zero.

Your indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UncoverAI from any claim, loss, liability, and expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of someone else’s rights.

Our intellectual property

UncoverAI owns the Site, its design, the compilation of the index, and the editorial text. Vendor names, model names, and product names remain the property of their owners. These terms do not transfer any of that ownership to you.

A narrow license

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for your personal use or your internal business use. You may not copy the compilation, republish it, or build a substitute database from it.

Prohibited uses

You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

Trademarks

Model and vendor names on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance does not mean the owner endorses UncoverAI, sponsors the Site, or is affiliated with us.

Third-party links

The Site links to vendor pages and other third-party sites. Those sites are not under our control. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

We can change or stop the Site

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time, with or without notice. We may also refuse or end anyone’s access at any time.

We can change these terms

We may change these terms by posting a revised version on the Site. The effective date above will change when we do. If you keep using the Site after the new terms are posted, you accept them.

Arbitration and class-action waiver

You and UncoverAI agree that any dispute arising out of the Site or these terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court or seek temporary injunctive relief to protect intellectual property. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this agreement to arbitrate.

The arbitration will be individual only. You waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of a representative proceeding. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim will proceed in court and the rest will remain in arbitration.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the arbitration agreement, the state and federal courts located in the State of California, USA are the exclusive venue, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Severability

If a provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. A tribunal may reform the unenforceable provision to the minimum extent required to make it valid.

Entire agreement

These terms are the entire agreement between you and UncoverAI about the Site. They replace any earlier agreement about the same subject.

No waiver

If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver. A waiver is effective only when we put it in writing.

Assignment

We may assign these terms without notice. You may not assign them, or any right under them, without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment by you is void.
